Tourist tax: € 2.00/ 2,50 person for the first 7 days.
Children under 12 years old are exempt.
This prices are based on a minimum staying of two nights.
Supplements and services.
Daily supplement for extra bed in the rooms where allowed by the law is: € 30,00.
The service is inclusive of: bed linen, towels, beach towels, and blankets. Sheets are changed every four days, and bath towels every two days.
Daily supplement for single room: € 30,00.
MINIVAN: Option to rent “Fiat Ducato nine places” with driver for excursions or transfers.
Available Internet connection Wi-Fi.
HALF BOARD (min. 3 nights):
Discount 30% for the third and fourth bed (for children) with accommodation in room with parents.
Family solution: two adults with two children up to eight years are considered at a rate of three adults (only low season).
Lunch or dinner: € 40,00 per person.
The room must be vacated by 11.00 am of the day of departure.
Meal times:
Breakfast: 8.00-10.30 | Lunch: 13.00-14.30 | Dinner: 20.00-22.00
Decalogue of the Masseria:
- Customers are required to deliver on their arrival their identification for check-in. Then any of their guests even temporary, should present themselves prior authorization direction.
- The rooms can be occupied from 14.00 on day of arrival and the apartments from 15:00 and both must be vacated by 11:00 am the day of departure.
- After this time, every thirty minutes of unauthorized delay will result in a € 15.00 charge.
- It is forbidden to make night swimming in the pool.
- We kindly ask customers to adhere to the pool rules and times of access to it.
- Customers are kindly to respect the silence from 23:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00.
- The loss or breakage of any assigned key will incur a charge of € 15.00.
- Please kindly provide understanding that the reserved period will be charged completely in the event of early departure.
- The cleaning will be done at end of stay, excluding the kitchen, dishes, pots that must be left in order and clean.
- In the apartments, extra change of bed linen is charged.
- If on arrival the number of occupants of the room / apartment is different from the one communicated to act of booking, the same will not be accepted.
