Many varied and tasty local dishes will also enrich your stay.

Obviously we are speaking of the typical Apulian cuisine, essentially farmers style, that uses many natural products “of the land” (cultivated by the same farm) to prepare with great experience traditional rich and tasty dishes.
In the pleasant and characteristic restaurant, where in winter it is heated by the fire of the fireplace, you can taste a variety of tasty dishes prepared in the home kitchen as rustic vegetable antipasti starters, different types of salads, cheeses and typical salamis, the typical “orecchiette with turnip tops”, a vast choice of second course dishes based on meats raised at the farm and finally many fresh fruits delicious sweets.

This is all accompanied by the availability and courtesy of the whole family.

At the farm, it is possible to purchase local products of their own production as, extra virgin olive oil, various types of preserves, fruit and vegetables.
